What is Bali Capital Connect?
Bali Capital Connect is a platform to help Bali-based business owners raise capital by connecting them with serious investors interested in buying, financing, or partnering with local businesses. It’s managed by United Founders, Bali’s largest private network of founders and business leaders.Why was Bali Capital Connect created?
We launched BCC after getting multiple funding and M&A questions from our members every week. Instead of handling them one by one, we created a central space where quality businesses can be shared anonymously with Bali-based investors — saving everyone time and making financing easier.How do I list my business? What’s the process?
1) Start by submitting this form with the key details of your deal. While not every field is required for all deal types, but the more information you provide, the more likely you are to attract serious interest.2) Each listing costs IDR 2.5 Million and includes:- Expert Review of Valuation, Copy & Positioning: We’ll refine your deal to make sure it's clear, credible, and investor-ready — increasing your chances of attracting serious interest. This includes direct input on how your valuation and messaging stack up against investor expectations.- Targeted Distribution via Bali Capital Connect WhatsApp Group: Shared directly into our active community of investors, buyers, and business professionals who are actively looking for opportunities in Bali. This ensures your deal is seen immediately by the right audience.- Exposure via the Past Listings Page: Your deal won’t just disappear after its initial share. It will remain on our Past Listings Page, where new investors and buyers can continue to discover it over time.3) Listings will be posted anonymously at first, so you won’t be publicly identified unless you choose to be.4) Interested parties will email you directly to request more information. After that it’s up to you whether you want to share details and reveal your identity.5) From there, it’s up to both parties to take the conversation forward. Bali Capital Connect currently does not mediate, facilitate deals, or take commissions — all negotiations and due diligence are the responsibility of the participants.Is the listing anonymous?
Yes. Listings are shared anonymously in the group. Investors only see a general description and financial overview. If someone is interested, they must message you privately — and you decide whether or not to reveal your identity or more details.Where are listings shared?
We post them inside the Bali Capital Connect WhatsApp Group, & our Past Listings Page which includes active investors, entrepreneurs, and buyers in the Bali business ecosystem.How many investor enquiries can I expect?
On average, good listings get around 4 serious investor enquiries — and some of the most attractive deals have seen over 10 investor enquiries. That said, unrealistic valuations or unclear listings often go the other way and get zero traction. The better the clarity, numbers, and deal structure, the better the response.What makes a listing more likely to succeed?
Keep it simple, realistic, & compelling. Investors respond best to:
– Clear financials
– A realistic valuation or loan ask
– Obvious market fit or potential

There is a one-time IDR 2.5 million listing fee per business. This includes our Listing Review Service, where our team will help refine your numbers, valuation, and positioning based on what’s working in today’s market. This gives your listing the best chance of attracting interest.What kind of businesses can be listed?
Only serious, Bali-based businesses. We do not accept listings for land, off-plan property, or speculative real estate projects. We focus on operating businesses seeking capital, working loans, or looking to sell or expand.Do you offer private introductions or help negotiate deals?
No. Bali Capital Connect is a listing and visibility platform — not a broker or financial advisor. All deal-making is directly between you and the interested investor.Can NDAs be used before sharing information?
At this stage, NDAs are not required because listings are anonymous and investors must message you first. You stay in control and can choose whether to share anything further — including documents or your business name.I’m working on a business valuation. Can you help?
