About the business

We are an Australian-based environmental technology company building decentralised infrastructure to address the global organic waste crisis. Our mission is to transition waste management away from landfill-driven methane emissions and toward scalable, community-led circular systems focused on soil regeneration, education, and measurable ESG outcomes.

With Indonesia facing a rapidly escalating food waste challenge — and tightening regulatory enforcement — we are prioritising expansion in this high-growth market.

The Solution
Our core product is a buy community-scale, public-facing composting facility that uses proven probiotic composting technology capable of processing organic waste, including meat and seafood. Each facility is designed not merely as waste infrastructure, but as a revenue-generating, education-integrated hub embedded within local communities. Every site combines organic waste processing, on-site education, vocational certification, and community engagement, transforming decentralised waste infrastructure into a visible and replicable economic asset.

Revenue Mechanics
We capture value across the full lifecycle of each facility through a diversified revenue model that includes blueprint licensing, high-margin byproducts, SaaS ESG reporting, and consulting and training services. This structure supports our high-margin, asset-light licensing engine designed to scale through replication rather than capital-intensive ownership.

Proven Deployment & Unit Economics
Between 2021 and 2023, we validated our model through three successful facilities in South Sumatra, proving real-world tropical implementation. Our operational modelling provides clear unit economics: each facility is optimised to process 3–5 tonnes of organic waste per week, requires approximately USD 95,650 (AUD 135,000) in infrastructure CapEx, and can generate annual EBITDA of approximately USD 46,000 (AUD 65,000) with a 24-month payback period. In addition to financial performance, each site creates three local living-wage jobs and produces premium fertiliser byproducts for food production.

Capital Raise
We are seeking USD 300,000–450,000 (AUD 400,000–600,000) in pre-seed equity to provide an 18–24 month runway to achieve key milestones. This includes the construction of our flagship showcase facility in Bali and the development of MVPs for our byproducts and SaaS ESG reporting systems. The investment is structured as 20–30% equity at an implied valuation of USD 1,400,000 (AUD 2,000,000). We are seeking long-term partners aligned with infrastructure replication and environmental impact rather than short-term yield.

Market Entry: Bali Flagship Readiness
The Bali flagship is a ready-to-build project designed to catalyse our transition into a scalable licensing platform. We have stakeholder MOU progress for a community site in central Bali, and detailed discussions have been completed with community leaders who have expressed strong interest in proceeding. The facility design is engineered to align with the 2026 National Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) enforcement, which mandates that hospitality and FMCG sectors manage their waste or face penalties. This flagship will serve as a high-visibility proof engine in a tourism-driven market and establish a replicable blueprint for expansion across Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific.

Team
Our leadership team brings over 40 years of combined experience in ecological design and regenerative systems, supported by a formal strategic partnership in Indonesia with more than 30 years of local network and sustainable change management expertise. The founding team includes an ecological design expert and inventor of a retail compost system generating over $16 million in global sales, alongside a multi-disciplinary business strategist with more than 18 years of experience. Both founders are currently part-time pending investment. The team is supported by a chemistry graduate overseeing soil and compost laboratory testing, and a PT PMA strategic partner in Indonesia with established government and community connections, currently engaged on an ad hoc basis.

Long-Term Model
Our long-term strategy is to evolve into a high-margin, asset-light licensing platform where partner-owned facilities operate independently while generating recurring revenue through blueprint licensing, ESG data systems, and high-margin byproducts. Each additional site compounds network value and strengthens our position as a default decentralized organic waste infrastructure partner across community and tourism ecosystems in the Asia-Pacific region.
