These terms apply to everyone who uses Bali Capital Connect, the website at balicapitalconnect.com and its WhatsApp and Instagram channels. By using the site or submitting a listing you agree to them.

Not advice, not a broker

Listings are provided by business owners. Bali Capital Connect is not a broker or financial adviser.

Bali Capital Connect is a directory. We do not act for buyers, sellers, investors or lenders, take part in negotiations, hold money for a deal, or take a commission on a sale. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer of securities. Get your own professional advice before you invest.

Information is provided by the business owner and has not been verified. Do your own due diligence.

Figures marked "proj." are projections from the owner, not results.

Listings

Listing owners can edit, mark as sold or take down their listing at any time with the "Manage this listing" link on the listing page, which emails a one-time link to the address they listed with. Edits are reviewed before they go live and the previous version stays up until then. Sold listings show a "Sold" badge for 30 days and are then removed; taken-down listings are hidden immediately. We may decline or remove any listing or edit.

If you list a business, you confirm that you are allowed to offer it, that what you submit is accurate, and that you own or have permission to use the text and photos.

If buyers or investors contact you through Bali Capital Connect, you agree to share short updates on those enquiries when we ask, for example whether you replied, whether talks are continuing, and whether a deal was done and with which introduced buyer. We ask by email with one-click answers, and we use the answers to keep listings accurate and to report anonymous totals.

You keep ownership of your listing content. You give Bali Capital Connect a free, non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, translate and adapt (for example crop, resize or shorten) your listing text and images on the site and to re-post them on our WhatsApp and Instagram channels, including in images we make from them, for as long as the listing is live. We stop new posts when the listing is sold or taken down; posts already published may stay visible on those channels.

Payments and refunds

Payments and refunds: Listing fees (Standard, Accelerate and the Expert Review add-on) are non-refundable once your listing is live, including if you mark it as sold or take it down early. If we decline a paid listing before it goes live, we refund the fee in full.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, available or lawful, that you will receive enquiries, or that the site will always be available. Any deal is between the parties alone. To the extent the law allows, Bali Capital Connect is not liable for any loss arising from a listing, an enquiry, a deal or your use of the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Indonesia. If the English and Indonesian versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
