About the business
This opportunity represents the full acquisition of a vertically integrated reclaimed wood manufacturing group operating through four established brands and four PT PMA entities in Indonesia. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Bali, the group has developed into a structured and largely autonomous ecosystem spanning sourcing, processing, manufacturing, and distribution within the reclaimed Ulin and sustainable tropical hardwood sector.
The business operates across multiple segments of the value chain, including processing and sales of reclaimed Ulin and selected tropical hardwoods, architectural components such as decking, flooring, pergolas, cladding and structural elements, and custom project fulfillment for private, commercial, and architectural clients. In addition, the group operates a growing lumberyard supporting wholesale and retail distribution.
Operational infrastructure includes two production sites with integrated warehouses and a separate warehouse dedicated to lumberyard storage. The headquarters is a fully equipped 135 sqm high-end showroom and office located on a main road in Bali, while a secondary office and large showroom with parking in Lombok provides additional capacity and remains underexploited, offering clear expansion potential.
The organization employs more than 60 full-time staff and operates under a stable management structure with both a Group Operations Manager and a Group Production Manager overseeing daily execution. The Group Operations Manager has been in place since 2018, while the Group Production Manager has been involved since 2009 under the previous owner and continued under current ownership from 2016. Both operate under legally binding PKWTT contracts and will remain with the company following the acquisition, allowing the business to function without the owner's daily involvement.
A major strategic advantage lies in the control of more than 500 cubic meters of reclaimed Ulin inventory. In a supply-constrained market, this accumulated stock represents both a barrier to entry and a strategic asset that is difficult for new entrants to replicate. Newly acquired machinery further strengthens production capacity.
The company operates using proprietary ERP-style software that manages CRM, quotation and invoicing, accounting monitoring, payroll and commission tracking, inventory tracking in cubic meters, production yield analysis, employee attendance, AI-based demand sorting, and customer review automation. Ownership of the software remains with the founder and is provided under exclusive license through a separate agreement. The license operates on a yearly contract with automatic renewal and costs approximately IDR 5 million per month per business entity.
The client base is diversified across both B2B and B2C segments, including builders, architects, developers, and private clients. The business intentionally avoids reliance on a small number of buyers; recurring professional clients exist but the top five customers represent only a small portion of total revenue.
Operational sites benefit from secured lease agreements. The main production facility, Kaltimber, is secured and prepaid through 2036 and will soon be extended further. The Kitaru Lumberyard storage facility lease runs through 2029 and is partially offset by a sublease to another project which covers the lease cost. Naturanexa’s lease runs through 2030, as it recently entered the first year of its current five-year agreement. All leases are formalized through notarial acts and have historically been straightforward to renew due to strong relationships with the respective landowners.
Financial records have been independently audited for the past four years and are available for review by qualified buyers. The SVLK certification process is currently underway, with a site visit completed in February 2026.
For the trailing twelve months, the group generated approximately USD 1.41 million in revenue and approximately USD 173,000 in net profit. Revenue has remained consistent in recent years, with temporary margin compression in one brand due to a management transition expected to normalize.
Tangible assets are estimated at approximately USD 830,000. Roughly USD 400,000 of this represents raw material inventory, which is conservatively valued close to liquidation cost. At low retail valuation the inventory could represent roughly USD 1 million in value and up to approximately USD 1.7 million at higher retail market levels.
The Lombok showroom represents a growth opportunity. Based on typical project sizes and a conservative assumption of approximately 200 sqm of work per month at entry-level pricing, the location could generate roughly USD 100,000 in additional annual revenue if fully activated.
The transaction is structured as a full acquisition at USD 1,802,500 and includes the four PT PMA entities, tangible assets and facilities, inventory, operational ecosystem, and management structure. Two CV entities are also available for discussion. Upfront payment is preferred.
This acquisition is particularly suited to strategic buyers seeking vertical integration into Indonesia’s sustainable building materials sector, control over scarce reclaimed Ulin supply, or an established manufacturing footprint with embedded operational infrastructure. With autonomous management, secured leases, audited financials, and underutilized Lombok capacity, the platform offers both immediate operational continuity and expansion potential within a supply-constrained market.
