About the business
The Green Hub is a purpose-built coworking and coliving ecosystem under active construction in Kuta, Lombok — one of Southeast Asia's fastest-emerging digital nomad destinations. Founded by two experienced nomads with professional backgrounds spanning real estate, hospitality, tech, finance, and design, the project is engineered from the ground up for the location-independent community — not retrofitted from outdated office or hotel models.
The facility is being built to a flagship standard, comprising 85 workstations, 8 private offices, 9 soundproofed phone booths, a podcast studio, a full events hall, a specialty café, and 15 premium ensuite coliving suites with a swimming pool and shared living spaces. It is designed to serve digital nomads, remote teams, and location-independent entrepreneurs seeking both productivity infrastructure and genuine community.
Construction is well underway in Kuta Mandalika — walking distance to surf breaks and the town centre, and situated in the heart of Lombok's government-designated "Super Priority" tourism corridor, home to the MotoGP circuit and an expanding international airport. Lombok is widely regarded as following the trajectory of Bali's Canggu, but earlier in the curve and with more room to grow.
Key milestones already achieved include a 25-year leasehold secured under a registered PT PMA (foreign-owned company), full building permit (PBG) approved, foundations completed, and structural works commencing in April 2026. Architecture and legal costs have been fully covered by the founding partners. The project is targeting a late 2026 launch.
The raise is already 55% funded at €400K raised of a €725K target, backed by a credible mix of institutional and individual investors. The cap table includes a US-based hospitality venture fund and NEINVER, a leading Spanish commercial real estate developer, alongside digital nomads and global investors aligned with the mission.
The project is further supported by a technical and operational advisory team with over 60 years of combined real estate experience across Spain and Malaysia, covering in excess of $2 billion in gross development value. This depth of backing reflects both the seriousness of the team and the quality of the opportunity. The founding partners are full-time, on-site operators committed to seeing this through from build to operations.
We are offering an equity stake to incoming investors, with returns structured as dividend payouts tied to equity allocation. The projected ROI is 22% annually across the 25-year lease period, driven by diversified revenue streams including coworking memberships, coliving accommodation, café and bar, events and workshops, focused retreats, and equipment and space rentals. Investors also receive lifestyle perks including lifetime coworking access, one complimentary week's stay per investment ticket, and investor F&B rates. Minimum investment ticket starts at €30,000.
[name removed] and Javier, the founding partners, will remain full-time, on-site operators post-investment. Investors receive quarterly reporting and structured construction progress updates through to launch. Limited allocations remain.
